Come to an open volunteers’ meeting

We welcome you to attend one of our monthly open volunteer meetings to learn more about our mission, give us feedback, and see how you can get involved. These meetings take place on the second Sunday of every month at 5pm. Contact Stephanie Murdock to get details about the location of the meeting. SkateparkofBaltimore@gmail.com
Help clean-up Roosevelt Park

From 12pm-2pm on the second Sunday of every month, Friends of the Skatepark gather at the Roosevelt Park skatepark (our future site) to clear the park of trash, debris, and dangerous materials. We especially encourage young skateboarders to join us at clean-ups because they should learn to take responsibility for the park. Adults are also encouraged to join and help us show that the community is involved in the success and safety of the park. In addition to cleaning, we also skate the park, so remember to bring your board! Roosevelt Park skatepark is located behind the Roosevelt Rec Center at 1121 W. 36th street, Baltimore MD 21211.
